How do I find my picture?
Locate your photo looking first sporting event in which you participated in our Events section . When you see a photo you want to purchase , first select the resolution and the print type you want and then click " Add to cart" .

Once you have selected all the photos you want to buy , go to cart and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Once finished the whole process you will get a confirmation email to the address you have provided .

 

Are there more pictures of the event in addition to the existing ones ? 
No. All the photos we have of the published events .

 

Why not find more pictures of me participating in this event?
May be that for reasons of race or competition is developing we could not cover everything we wanted and any applicant has escaped us . It can also be the case that our high standards in terms of picture quality , the photo where you show up not having enough quality and not suitable for publication. 

 

Is the quality of the photos is as I see on the screen?

When will I get the photos I've purchased ?
Depending on the number of photos you've purchased from us , the print job can vary between 5 and ten working days. If you bought the images electronically, you will receive an email with the download links associated to your user account. 

 

What if the result of the photo is not as expected ?
Printed photos or photo-frameworks you come have some print fault or defect, you must contact us no later than 7 days from the date of receipt . After this date we will not accept any changes. We will agree with you the procedure for defective sustiuir perfect image for another .

 

Do the data I have provided will be used for purchasing commercial?
No. We will only use your data for you to receive your orders . Eventually , you might receive some emails about our events, which you can unsubscribe voluntarily .
